Here we will cover 1-on-1 skill breakdowns, as mini games constantly occur throughout a regular match. How to improve your dribble efficiency, and how to best score on your opponent. Whether it is driving to the rim, creating a mid range jump shot or footwork to create space.
PICK & ROLL
This is the most used basketball action at most levels. We will cover how to read the defensive matchup, and how to exploit your opponent no matter how they play it. Also, we will cover how to effectively defend a screen action.
OFF-BALL MOVEMENT & SHOT CREATION
Spacing off-ball is crucial the higher level basketball you play. Therefore, we will cover how to space the floor, and punish the defence without the ball. As well as, efficiently creating space and a realistic shot.
